Cent Mobile is a mobile banking application offered by the Central Bank of India. Users can access banking services anywhere, anytime through internet-enabled handsets. Pre-login features are accessible to all without registration, while post-login features can be accessed by Central Bank of India customers after completing a one-time registration process.

Cent Mobile Registration Process:

Note: Only mobile data (internet) should be ON, and Wi-Fi should be OFF during the mobile app registration process. Mobile data should be active.

1. Download and install the Cent Mobile app from the Apple Store.
2. Open the Cent Mobile app by tapping on the app icon.
3. A one-time app registration process is required. The app will ask for permission. Tap the "Allow" button to continue.
4. Tap the "Register" button provided on the app screen.
5. Tap "Accept" to agree to the Terms & Conditions for mobile banking.
6. Enter your CIF Number or Account Number, select one of these options, and tap "Submit."
7. A pop-up message will appear regarding auto-sending a verification SMS. The SIM card with the mobile number registered with the bank must be in the phone. Tap "Proceed" to continue.
8. Allow permission for the app to send an auto SMS. If using a dual SIM phone, select the SIM registered with the bank. Tap "Proceed" to continue.
9. Enter Debit Card information or Internet Banking username and login password. Tap "Submit."
10. Set your preferred User ID for login and tap "Submit."
11. Set MPIN (login PIN) and TPIN (transaction password).
12. Once the above process is completed, users can log in to Cent Mobile. Accounts linked to the customer's Personal CIF can be accessed through the app.

• Missed Call service for getting Account Balance or last few Transactions over SMS (available to Customers registered for this service)
• Apply for new Saving Account, Retail Loan, Credit Card, FASTag, Insurance, Government Schemes, etc.
• Nomination
• Link PAN with Aadhaar
• Open Trading Account
• Open DEMAT Account

Post-Login Features:

• Account Balance Enquiry
• Account Details
• Mini Statement
• Statement Download
• Fund transfer to accounts with Central Bank of India
